Ciao! Your Italian Wedding Planner is the brainchild of Carolina Di Gregorio. Born in Rome and now based in the UK, Carolina has transformed her passion for her home country into a thriving wedding-planning business—a business which allows her to do what she loves most: working with couples from all over the world to achieve their dream of getting married in Italy. The concept is simple. We believe in taking pleasure in all that life has to offer: la dolce vita! We started with a vision of a wooden table, a bowl of pasta, and a glass of crisp white wine with a view of the Tuscan hills. With that dream ever in mind, we’ve planned weddings all over Italy, working in the most beautiful and exclusive venues in the world with high-end clients including Premier League footballers and internationally renowned musicians. Our goal is for our couples to experience the real Italy: its traditions, values, food, weather, and everything it offers in all its elegant simplicity.
We believe that the key to planning a successful wedding for you is the relationship we create with our couples. This is a relationship that will, in most cases, last for over a year. We are the people you will trust with your thoughts, doubts, and excitement throughout the planning process. Our key principles are Communication, Honesty, and Heart. We are professionals—but we’re also passionate, artistic people and we love what we do. We pride ourselves on offering the classiest service with the biggest amount of heart. We’re not big fans of formality; we’d much prefer an honest chat over a glass of Prosecco!

We would always advise to have a clear budget in mind from the start.
